The SARIN & TAO FAMILY MEDICAL CLINIC, INC. was established by Dr. Vincent V. Soun MD MPH MAJOR in 2018 in Imperial County, California. It is to honor his beloved parents who passed away from natural causes in 2018.

Dr. Soun's beloved mother, SARIN HANG, was born in Cambodia on November 15, 1948. Mrs. Sarin Hang passed away on March 11, 2018 at age 69 in Imperial, California. Dr. Souns beloved father, TAO SOUN, was born in Cambodia on October 5, 1938. Mr. Tao Soun passed away on May 14, 2018 at age 79 in San Diego, California.

In memoriam, this medical clinic is established to reflect Dr. Soun's parents' endless selfless love for their 8 children. It reflects the positive influences and guidance they instilled on their children on the importance of higher education for self-development and advancement. Through his parents, Dr. Soun believes that in order to be more successful in life, one must always strive for higher education with the unflinching drive to succeed. This intellectual acumen must never waivered from the need to always be honest, compassionate, empathetic, understanding, tolerant, and committed to oneself and our fellow human beings. La querida madre del Dr. Soun, SARIN HANG, nació en Camboya el 15 de noviembre de 1948. La Sra. Sarin Hang falleció el 11 de marzo de 2018 a los 69 años en Imperial, California. El amado padre del Dr. Soun, TAO SOUN, nació en Camboya el 5 de octubre de 1938. El Sr. Tao Soun falleció el 14 de mayo de 2018 a los 79 años en San Diego, California.
